Open the feedback form

Select Feedback in the Hugtab header in the browser app, desktop app, or on the Hugtab website. Choose Report a bug or Request a feature, then provide a title and description. Bug reports can also include reproduction steps and expected and actual behavior.

Review and send your report

The form displays the browser or desktop source, available Hugtab version, browser and operating-system information, and current page path that it will include. You can attach one PNG, JPEG, or WebP screenshot up to 5 MiB. Screenshots are optional and selected manually.

Remove private information from your text and screenshot before sending. Do not attach a workbook or include cell values. Hugtab does not ask for a name or email address, so support cannot reply directly to anonymous reports.
