Format the active cell

1. Select the cell to format.
2. Choose General, Number, Currency, Percent, or Date in the Number format selector.
3. Use Bold, Italic, Underline, Wrap text, or Align left / center / right in the toolbar.

These controls change the active cell, not an entire highlighted range. Formatting changes the display and does not replace the raw value or formula. The current currency format uses USD, with separators and date displays based on your browser locale. Percent displays 0.25 as 25%. Number display uses at most two decimal places; General shows the underlying result without that formatting.

Date formatting interprets date-like values; it is not an Excel serial-date conversion feature. Text that cannot be formatted remains visible as text.

Adjust dimensions

Drag the right edge of a column header to change its width. To set the active cell's row height, choose 20 px, 24 px, 32 px, or 48 px in the Row height selector. Increase height when wrapped text needs more room.

Cell styles, column widths, and row heights are saved with the Hugtab workbook. A CSV or XLSX sheet export is a tabular values export and does not preserve these styles or dimensions.

Undo and redo

Use Undo and Redo in the toolbar. Disabled buttons mean no history is available in that direction.

Workbook shortcuts apply outside text inputs. While editing text, the text field's own undo behavior applies. Workbook history includes cell edits and formatting/dimension changes and survives normal reloads. Making a new change after undo discards the old redo branch.

Filtering and sorting are view controls; use Clear all in their dialog to reset them. They are not formatting changes to undo.
